National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is a Deemed to be University under the Distinct Category as per UGC (Institution Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023. It is the only University under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India. The University offers Electronics and IT programs at UG, PG and Diploma levels, which are Research and Industry-relevant across its main campus and 11 other Constituent Units.
